Question / Help Capture Card Audio Not Being Recorded

Hello! I am having issues with OBS not being able to record my gm220 (by Kworld) audio. I have all of the plugs plugged in correctly. I am not sure if I am missing something that is preventing this from happening or not. Any post with just little tips or suggestions will be wonderful. I am looking to do some Let's Plays for YouTube and so far I had been unable to find the right software that'll record my capture card's video and audio mixed in with my mic. if your cap card comes with native software:

can you view it in the native software? if not, you'll need to check things on the manufactures recommended settings and help.

If you do see it in that software, make sure it is not open when you run your capture in OBS.

then the audio isn't set properly in the video capture device properties. and that cap card is native to me so I'm not going to be much of a help. talk a little with the manufacturer. ask them if they have a guide in setting it up with their software, and maybe OBS.
