Capture Card Audio Cutting Out While I'm Streaming

Ever since that I've gotten a new laptop due to my old one being horrible for OBS, I've been having problems with my audio cutting out while I am in the middle of streaming. The stream lags for two seconds, shows an encoder overload, and then the audio from my capture card is gone. I've tried everything to fix this issue and it still happens. I lowered my resolution, lower my settings, and still it dose the same thing. Mind you, this only happens with my capture card audio. I even used both the AMD/AVC and x264 encoder and still the same problem. At this point, I think the problem is either this laptop or the game that I stream (Dead By Daylight) since it is so unoptimized on console. It's weird because my old laptop didn't have to deal with this audio problem and that laptop isn't meant for streaming anyways.
