Question / Help Capture audio from single monitor

Is there a way to capture audio from only one monitor instead of all output, cause i'm trying to figure out if I can be streaming from Monitor2 while doing stuff on Monitor1 without streaming audio from Monitor1 if you are listening to spotify or something on Monitor1
 
In Windows doesn't exist a distinction between audio that is played back by apps that run on specific monitors. OBS doesn't have any means to detect if some audio is played back by an app that is recorded in a certain video source.

You can install some virtual audio cable driver and configure your app so it will play back its audio to this virtual audio cable instead of the default windows desktop audio. Capture this virtual audio cable device by OBS instead of the standard windows desktop audio.
