Capture 2 monitors

How do I capture 2 different monitors? I seem to only be able to capture content on one monitor. When I create a display capture source, only display 1 comes up in the dropdown.
 
I have 2 GPU's, one monitor is directly connected to GPU 1, and the other one is connected to the 2nd GPU I think through a usb 3.0 adapter.
