Captions (Experimental)

I just updated to 28.0.0 windows version. I don't recall seeing this in 27.x. But I may have missed it.

I do see where I am able to enable it, Change the audio source, language, and provider.

But I do not see where I can enable a caption box or a dock or anything else...

What am I missing?

this feature is to transmit a caption-datastream to the streaming platform. so your viewers can choose the caption option on the platform. it is not going to be shown to you on your preview or in your stream but solely when users choose to see captions on the platform you are streaming to (twich or youtube)

That makes a lot more sense. I was looking at a video for a captioning plugin, but it had a dock involved and the ability to show it directly on the screen. I think I was mistaken about what this actually was then.
