Hello, I am wondering if my PC is capable of streaming CS:GO. In the past, I've been able to stream console games and even LoL without any problems but when I stream CSGO not only do my frames in game drop, but I get a lower framerate in OBS too (it's weird because it doesn't say I'm dropping any frames).
Internet is not the issue obviously, I have more than enough bandwidth to stream as I've done it using OBS for console in the past with zero issues.
Here are my PC specs:

I have an Nvidia GeForce 745m graphics card.
When I am in game without OBS streaming I usually get between 110 to 230 FPS, I play on 1024x768 stretched with all settings on low as do all CSGO players. I'm only streaming in 30 FPS but for some reason it'll drop randomly to low numbers such as 14 or 21 when I'm playing. My in game frames will drop to 60-90 FPS which isn't HUGE issue but is a nuisance as its quite noticeable to someone who typically plays in a higher frame rate.
I'm wondering if my PC needs cleaned up or my OBS settings need changed. If you guys have any tools you recommend to help clean up my PC feel free to link them.
I suppose the main question here is - should I be able to stream with these PC specs without any issue? And if so, what do you suppose the issue truly is?
Thanks in advance!
