Canvas is larger than game window when display size is 125%.

In Windows settings, when I have the text and app size set to 125%, OBS always makes the canvas larger than the game window. When I set it back to 100%, it fixes the problem, but the video quality becomes extremely poor because the window is so small. Is there any way to get it to properly recognize the size of a window when text/app size isn't set at 100%?
