Bug Report Can't watch others streams when they use Open Broadcaster

I have a really odd issue and I'm baffled trying to figure it out. When someone is streaming to Twitch using Open Broadcaster, their stream is unwatchable for me, but only from my desktop computer (it works fine on my laptop). The stream will play for a few seconds, and then it will freeze indefinitely (both video and audio). I can't even watch my own stream while I'm streaming using Open Broadcaster. I can't watch any of my friends' streams (since they all use OBS), but I can watch most of the streams on Twitch just fine. Does anyone have any ideas?

If you are using an AMD CPU, right click your Flash player and turn off "Hardware Acceleration" on the leftmost tab. There is some encoding option that is currently causing trouble for some AMD CPUs, quite possibly a Flash bug, but I've found that turning that option off fixes it. (Though it makes playback use a bit more CPU.)

I have an Intel CPU and I've tried turning off Hardware Acceleration with no luck :( Also, Is there a way to permanently disable Hardware Accleration? It seems to turn itself back on when I turn it off by right clicking the video.

That's weird, I guess something is causing Flash to not save its settings. You could try uninstalling Flash and then downloading and reinstalling it from Adobe, see if that fixes it.

Tried that too :( Tried different browsers and everything. I'm totally baffled.
