Question / Help Can't watch my stream from a mobile device, but can view on a pc?

I've recently been trying to stream on twitch for my favorite game CSGO, and I experience a problem viewing my stream on a mobile device such as a phone. Multiple friends say the same as they attempted to watch me. I've had no luck with any fixes, but have tried multiple things such as lowering the bit rate. Is this a problem with twitch or OBS? I would highly appreciate reply.

A log file may help, I probably know what the problem is, mobile devices have limits on what it can decode.

Try main profile and a resolution that fits at level 3.1 or lower for the most compatibility with mobile devices. I have been using either 1280x720 30fps, or (some PS3 games) 854x480 60fps, both fit as level 3.1.

Some of the newer mobile devices can support high profile and level 4. But then again, attempting to use 1280x720 60fps and one of my twitch viewers then complains about black screen, that specific viewer can only see if I reduce resolution or frame rate to a compatible level 3.1.
