Can't utilize Enhanced Broadcast all of a sudden

I had been testing out the Enhanced Broadcast feature for a stream recently (Nov 2) and when it came time to stream again (Nov 7), got an error stating that my AMD driver was incompatible. As far as I'm aware, the driver last updated Oct 11, so this seem kinda arbitrary. It's not a game breaker; I can obviously stream at a fixed bandwidth and EB turned off, but it's really frustrating to be able to able to use a new feature only to have it suddenly taken away without explanation.

Update: It's been bugging me, so I did a quick test with 31.0.0 beta3 and, despite still receiving the warning that the driver is incompatible, I let it stream for about thirty seconds with no noticeable drop in bandwidth or connection. Now, I'm more curious what could be causing the warning in the first place and if it is cause for concern.

There are major issues with the encoder in the latest drivers. Try rolling back to version 24.8.1, as there shouldn't be any problems with that one. Rolling back the drivers helped me.
