Hey there,
This is a quite specific issue, I hope I'll be able to explain this correctly.
So I did a livestream the other day with the PokeMMO game. It seems to run with Java (not sure). I wanted to play my music instead of listening to the default music from the game. But it seems that no media player could play music (I tried WMP, VLC, foobar2000) and they all returned an error.
Thinking this issue was related to the Pokemmo software, I asked about it on their forums and they asked me to check if the issue occured when I wasn't livestreaming. It turned out that everything was fine when I was not livestreaming, I could play my own music and play PokéMMO at the same time.
Now that I think of it, I remember getting similar errors while playing other games during my livestream.
I'm not quite sure where or what the issue is, but something in OBS seems to interfere with mediaplayers in certain conditions (java?).
Cheers =)
