Question / Help Can't use Display Capture?

I'm not my main PC to post a log right now but maybe someone can help me without one. I have recently started streaming and have run into an odd issue. I have a Elgato HD60 Pro and have no problem when streaming/recording console games from it but when I try to stream/record a PC game I have a problem. When I try to set a source as display capture I get a black screen or maybe 1-2 FPS but if I use window capture it works perfectly but has an odd border. I have change every setting I can think of watch many tutorial videos but can't figure it out. Thanks in advance.

Classic is no longer under development, strongly recommend that you update to OBS Studio and see if the issue persists there.

If you update to Studio and still have issues, please provide a log.
