Bug Report Can't Update

When ever I try to update is always says that I need to check services.xconfig but when I go to that file it won't let me read it. What should I do to get that update, should I just uninstall then reinstall OBS?

Are you updating as the same user account as the one that is launching OBS? The updater currently doesn't support updating from a non-admin account and it may cause an error like this. Other causes may be anti-virus software or HTTP proxies.

An xconfig file can be opened in Notepad as it's just text.
 
Considering that the updater doesn't support updating from a non-admin account, yes, you should update from an admin account.
