Hello why i cant update OBS, please help ty. It says "outputs are currently active, please shut down eny active outputs to try update OBS. what i have to do i dont understand

Make sure you:
- are not streaming
- are not recording
- the replay buffer is stopped
- if installed, have all NDI outputs disables
- if installed, have all virtual cam output stopped

i am not streaming
i am not recording
i disabled NDI
after disabled NDI it started updateing but not fully in the middle of update it says "cant download all files"
Do i need to unplug webcam?

Try to run it again, otherwise try running the installer from https://obsproject.com/download manually.
