Can't type text to rename source into OBS OS Monterey.

Hi,
Before I do an all out fresh install I was wondering if I might have clicked on something or used some plugin that will not let me rename the source. It also seemed that if I would type into OBS I would see that I was inputting into my browser. I do try to incorporate the browser interact, but had erased it first. Maybe in settings?
