Question / Help Cant stream

ok so I have been using obs for a fewmonths now and it is a brilliant bit of software, however of late I have not been able to stream as when i do Im getting ghosted image on twitch that has like four layers, can anyone help please. please see links below

Please note I have tried updating drivers and have used a different twitch account all to no avail

Does the image in OBS preview looks ok?

Looks almost like the same problem this poster had, which is solved at the bottom of the first page:

Might try following the linked post by paibox and see if that helps.
