I am trying to stream to twitch from times to times. The problem is I get large number of dropped frames (30% - 50%) and twitch doesn't even consider my stream online. I disabled antivirus, allowed OBS in firewall settings and still nothing. It's not a network issue since when I try to stream with same configuration on another PC in my home network, it's fine (even though the other PC's performance is much lower than this one I have problems on).
My setup
CPU Name: AMD FX(tm)-6300 Six-Core Processor
CPU Speed: 3500MHz
Physical Memory: 4095MB Total, 4095MB Free
stepping id: 0, model 2, family 21, type 0, extmodel 0, extfamily 3, HTT 1, logical cores 6, total cores 3
monitor 1: pos={0, 0}, size={1920, 1080}
Windows Version: 6.1 Build 7601 S
Aero is Enabled
Strange thing is that once or twice I was able to stream without any issues (no idea why it suddenly worked, but happend in those 2/100 attempts).
