Question / Help Can't stream with out lag

Hello im trying to stream but I have a ping on 190+ in Garry's Mod

This is my internet speed

Im using 4G USB

My current Bitrate is 1400 kb/s and i still have huge lag.
Why?

In OBS' menu bar, there is an option to upload or even automatically analyze a log which can get you through most configuration issues.
