Question / Help Cant stream with any x264 preset (high end cpu)

I have tried obs default settings and my settings that i always use for streaming. I always get encoding overloaded now when trying to use x264 to stream and i also have fps problems on top of that. Im having a hard time understanding where and what the problem is. I havent changed anything with my cpu no oc or changing any settings with it. It says this with every game i try to stream. this log will show pubg trying to stream i even tried leaving everything default for pubg streaming and it still says encoding overloaded. included my logs again. and before a few days ago i could stream 1080p60 with high bitrate. and now for somereason i cant its like my cpu wont accept and of the x264 presets

It's the GPU load, that's causing render lag.
Disable Win10 GameDVR, use fps limits in your game and make sure, the GPU load stays under 95%.
