Hello,

So... I have a problem with my stream currently. Whenever I stream with 720p60fps my game starts to stutter. OBS says my CPU usage is 30-40% and this is too much I think. The CPU is overclocked and its not that bad of a CPU. Here is my setup:

PC Setup:
CPU: i7-6800k@4,2ghz
GPU: ASUS 1080 GTX TI OC Edition
RAM 16GB Ram
Internet Speed: 100mbit down and 40mbit up

So I dont think this CPU cant handle a 720p60fps stream...

Here is are my OBS Settings I use:
Base (Canvas) Resolution: 1920x1080
Output (Scaled) Resolution: 1280x720
Downscale Filter: Lanczos
FPS Type: Common FPS Value
FPS: 60
Enforce streaming service encoder settings: checked
Encoder: x264
Bitrate: 6000
Keyframe Interval: 2
CPU Preset: veryfast
Profile: high

So I have literaly no idea whats wrong. This CPU should be good enough to stream with. I have no preview in OBS and not my own stream open when I stream. Whenever there is MUCH going on on the screen, my CPU usage goes to 40% and higher which should be normal and my game starts to stutter...
Half a year ago I had an i7-5960x overclocked to 4,5ghz and I could stream with 720p60fps completly fine. Now this i7-6800k "only" has 6 cores and the other CPU had 8 cores. I dont think thats much of an difference. This i7-6800k should handle an 720p60fps stream. But mine doesnt.

My alternative would be using Nvenc with 1920x1080p60fps. This could work and I have no lag at all. CPU usage stays at 3% and no stutter at all but i realy dont want to use that because I heard from other people that this is the worst option compared to x264.

Can anyone help me maybe?

I think i already solved the problem. I just limited the FPS on Overwatch for example and it works now. I can stream with 1920x1080p60fps with no problems. Except for like Pubg where I have some micro-stutter sometimes and CSGO too. But its playable.
