Question / Help Cant Stream The Sims 4

ive tried game capture and that gives me a black screen. tried window capture and i got a white screen, with the game sound, and the cursor for the game, but no actual gameplay just a white screen. ive tried to search youtube and google and havent found anything. please someone help me with this :/
