Question / Help Can't Stream Successfully- Need Help Badly!

Oh, my OBS works fine.
It can livestream? Not so much.

I am trying to make a Twitch livestream for TerraTech and I'm failing miserably. The video keeps pausing to buffer, making what the viewers see become constantly further and further behind, I can't get it to only play ingame audio without my mic, and I can't get above five frames per second. I want a stable Twitch broadcast that I can't seem to achieve because there is no equality. I need serious help.

As for the game audio, it doesn't look like you have added a desktop audio device to capture computer audio. In Settings > Audio, select your default output device as your desktop output device.

There is no option for that; all I see is "Disabled".

Is WavTap safe to download? I've been a bit on the edge lately after I my mac was almost consumed by adware.
