Question / Help Can't stream/record

This is from the logs:

22:41:24.901: [AMF] <Id: 14> Unable to initalize converter, error AMF_FAIL (code 1)
22:41:24.901: Stream output type 'rtmp_output' failed to start!

I rly don't understand why this is happening

Please try to include a recording/streaming session when you experience problems while streaming or recording,
as OBS only writes important performance data during recording or streaming sessions.

If you have solved your problem yourself, please let the others know how you did it If someone else has the same problem,

But the quality looks so bad when I do that compared to what it did before the error message came up. Both when I record and when I stream. How do I make the quality better then?
