Can't stream on YT or Twitch

I usually stream on YT, but OBS keeps crashing shortly after attempting to connect. Out of curiosity, I tried to stream on Twitch, in case it's an internet-related issue; won't crash, but it'll tell me the key is wrong (it is correct).

Attached is the report from my last attempt to connect to YT.
