Can't stream on YT or Twitch

I usually stream on YT, but OBS keeps crashing shortly after attempting to connect. Out of curiosity, I tried to stream on Twitch, in case it's an internet-related issue; won't crash, but it'll tell me the key is wrong (it is correct).

Attached is the report from my last attempt to connect to YT.

You appear to be on an extremely old version of OBS. Updating is strongly recommended.
