Question / Help Cant stream on Twitch without lagging

Hello everyone, i want to stream on Twitch.tv but i have to much laggs, several to Peak times . How i can make it better ?

My Hardware:
Cpu: AMD FX-8350
Motherboard: Asus Crosshair V Formula

That is an incomplete log, but it has a lot of messages in it about having an unstable connection to the server. Try some different servers and see if they help at all, or try lowering your bit rate.
