Question / Help Can't stream, OBS is uploading 0kb/s

Hey, i hope someone can help me there.
I was streaming with OBS with no problems, but after a 2 days i couldnt stream, because OBS is sending 0kb/s. When i start the stream it jump to about 800kb/s and then to 0kb/s and my stream is offline on Twitch.tv. I'm tried to change server, delete profile and create new. But it didn't work for me.
