Bug Report Can't stream Modern Warfare anymore

For some reason I cant stream COD: Modern Warfare anymore. Even if I go in properties > window > ModernWarfare.exe - nothing happens. If I play MW and my OBS is on, the Lobby in Modern Warfare lags hard so does my stream even though it isnt detecting the game.
No problem what so ever with other games. Its only MW.
Everything in MW goes back to normal fps - no lag it is just running smoothly when I close OBS.

I checked the drivers aswell - got the latest in everything.

I don't know for sure, but for me it still works when I run both, OBS and MW (the game, not just the launcher!) as Administrator and have the Game Capture be hotkey activated.
