Question / Help Can't Stream Minecraft Without Lag?

Hey forum, recently I have been getting in to streaming, and I have tried Minecraft. I cannot stream it without going down to 20 FPS. Here are my specs:

I will admit I am not using the estimator, because with some tweaks I can stream other games at 60 FPS no problem. I would really appreciate any suggestions, it would help a bunch!
