Question / Help Can't stream in HD on twitch

Hi, here is my problem :
I actually have a good PC with a good connection but I can't stream in HD on twitch.

PC specs :

Processor: Intel Core i7-4770K (3.5 GHz) With turbo set to 4GHz

Graphics: MSI Radeon R9 290 GAMING 4G

RAM: Kingston HyperX black 8 Go (2x 4Go) DDR3 1600 MHz CL9

OS: 64bit Windows 7

Streaming Software: OBS (Open Broadcasting Software)


Connection :
Download: 280Mb/s

Upload: 50Mb/s

As you can see, my PC and my connection are OK.

In OBS I used settings seen in this thread : http://help.twitch.tv/customer/portal/articles/1262922-open-broadcaster-software

For my Bitrate and buffer I tried :
3500-3500
4000-4000
3500-7000
15000-30000
15000-15000
7000-7000

I tried to stream in 30 and 60 FPS in 720p and 1080p with game capture and window capture, I tried with and without aero, I tried different servers (Paris : nearest, realy bad ping, amsterdam and london that are good ones).

The problem is that I have correct quality if I don't move (betwwen 480p and 720p), and if I move, my quality is going down and look pixelated. my CPU is not used at max. I am trying to stream on Guild Wars 2 and Elder Scroll Online (ultra quality), no lags on the stream and the game, so what is the problem ?

How to make a video of streaming quality ?
If you want I can do a live on twitch to show you the problem

That log looks mostly fine. I think you probably have too high of an expectation of what kind of quality you can get while streaming.

All you have to do to make a recording of your streaming quality is to go into your Twitch settings to enable archiving broadcasts, then post a link to it here.
