Question / Help Can't Stream for more than 30 minutes

So I just started streaming a lot more using OBS. However my kb/s is always fluctuating, and for a few minutes its steady, and then it drops to the point where it almost disconnects.

My stream crashes at least 3 times in 30 minutes, and keeps reconnecting. I can stream at my boyfriends house no problem. Its not my laptop, I feel like its my internet but I don't know for sure. Would it be better to use a wired connection vs a wireless connection?

I've tried most things on the list. Ive lowered my biterate and lowered my fps and changed servers to stream on. Only thing I havent tried is a wired connection
