Can't Stream FFXIV with Stream Avatars

Hello,

I try to Stream FFXIV with stream Avatars, both are Game Captures.
But when I tab into the Game, Stream Avatars just stopped to move completely, and when I tab out of the Game, they work great.

1 weird think i notice: When I have FFXIV on Window Mode, the avatars work, when I have it on Windowed Fullscreen, they freeze, same for Fullscreen.

When I have OBS closed and tab into the game, the avatars still work.

I have dual monitors 144hz and 60, i start obs as admin already, i tried to start stream avatars as admin too but didn't help.

I tried so many things since Hours and didn't find any solution :(

EDIT: This Problem only appears with final fantasy 14 (ffxiv), when i stream Resident Evil 4 with avatars it works awesome.

I connected my second monitor with a second GPU but still the same problem

I found some interesting thing: it is not only stream avatars, all other things freeze when i tab into the game, for example when i am twitch and tab in, the animated emotes in chat freeze on my second monitor :o But it only happens when I have OBS Studio active, not the game Alone.

Please restart OBS and perform a test stream/recording of no less than 30 seconds doing as you normally do, including playing games, full camera or whatever you normally do.
Look in Help menu. Upload the current log file and paste the url to the log in here. Click on the Analize button to start troubleshooting common issues.
