Question / Help Can't Stream even though there is nothing wrong

Ok, I was able to stream with 2000kb/s bitrate in 720p...
But now i droping frames in OBS like hell..My internet is ok and still the same.

When i change the bitrate amount to 200kb/s or 500kb/s it does not matter at all...It still droping frames! I tried everything i dont know what to do. I turned firewall off , i opened the TCP port, updated everything.I dont have antivirus ,but i reinstalled windows 2 days ago!

Ne ani nevím co to je.

škoda. jinak.. koukal jsem na ty ztráty a co jsem četl ohledně bitrate, tak bys to měl mít nastavený na 80% svýho uploadu nebo maximálně 3500 pro full HD a 2500 pro HD. Jinak netušim co by to asi tak mohli způsobovat, možná vybranej server (já mam Frankfurt), nebo ti to něco vytěžuje. Zkus si udělat test pro streamu.

Já streamuju už více než půl roku s bitratem 2000kb/s.....Fungovalo vše nádherně.Nyní mi to píše ,že ztrácím snímky ikdyž si bitrate nastavím na 100kb/s...Problém není nikde ! Vyzkoušel sem všechny servery.

asi to je blbost, ale nepomohl by třeba reinstall? :D kalsika jako "zkusil jste to vypnout a zapnout?"

Nefungovalo to před reinstallem ani po reinstallu PC ! Restartoval sem router zkoušel jsem vše :D

Tak to bych chtělo faráře aby ti to posvětil, protože tam máš asi nějakýho démona :D
