Hello so I stream using OBS pretty much ALL the time and last night all of a sudden, no changes to my OBS or anything like that I just started dropping thousands of frames per minute. I have the Log right here on pastebin for anyone who wants to see if they can figure out what's wrong:

Again I never made any changes to my OBS settings, I've been using the same settings that have always worked for me for the past year. My ISP confirmed with me my data isn't capped or my speeds being slowed, and I've done numerous speed tests. My router is fine but OBS for some reason cannot have a stable connection to Twitch. If anyone could please help it would be amazing as streaming is my part-time job. Thank you!
BTW I tried using OBS Studio and I had the same problem.
