Question / Help cant stream at 60fps anymore please help!

I used to be able to stream at 60 fps now that i have got my new computer i cant anymore, i get well over 100 fps in game and have it set to stream at 60fps but usually stream at about 20-40 fps which is very choppy and i dont know how to fix it. please help.
Specs:
Ryzen 5 2600x
GTX 1050 2gb
16gb ddr4 ram
