Can't stream anymore (buffering?)

It's been three weeks since the last time I managed to stream. Now every time I try to stream, my stream keeps loading infinitely for whoever is watching and my voice sometimes crashes and the video too. I also have problem with discord if i'm using it while streaming, the same problem, my voice keeps cutting.
All drivers are up to date and windows too. My internet package is the same. I haven't had any problems with my internet as I recall. I can download at the same speed as always, play with the same ping as usual, etc. My only problem is when I'm streaming.
Some info:
I'm trying to stream in 720p 60 fps
Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-8300H CPU @ 2.30GHz 2.30 GHz
8,00 GB RAM
Windows 10
GTX 1050 4GB
 

Please post a log with your issue! Here's how...

OBS Studio creates a log file each time you run it which contains very useful diagnostic information. Without a log file, it's much harder for any support volunteers to figure out problems and your post may be ignored. To upload a log file, go to the Help menu > Log Files > Upload Last Log...
