Question / Help Can't Stream @ 60fps, Help Please

I have been able to stream 720p60 on my two older rigs but for whatever reason with this set up it bounces from 35 to 50fps. I need some help to see if i can figure out what is wrong. I have changed a million settings and nothing seems to change it. As if its just locked to what it can do.

My Rig

Asus Z270F | Intel i7-7700k | EVGA GTX 1070 SC SLI x 2 | 16GB Corsair Vengeance LP | Corsair RM750 80+ Gold | 500GB 960 Evo M.2/1TB Western Digital HDD | Windows 10

I am honestly stumped and can usually figure these things out. Fun fact, Shadowplay will do 1080p60 just fine, its something with OBS alone. But I love OBS

Physically remove the second 1070.
It's actually reducing performance more than it's giving just by being installed.

This is honestly what I thought might be the issue. Damn SLI, looks sexy but the headaches are just not worth it. Let me give it a shot and ill post an update as soon as i can.

Yep that was it. Ran perfect no drops at all. Thanks man I appreciate it! Looks like ill be selling these two and grabbing a 1080Ti then, I am fed up with SLI thats for sure. Thanks again!
