Question / Help Cant start streaming

Pressing the start streaming or start recording buttons dont work, they do not in fact start streaming or recording, windows version 1511 obs version 0,16,6

This log doesn't contain a recording attempt (clicking on the button is an attempt)
I also suggest you reinstall OBS, since it complains about not being able to find the obs-qsv11 plugin.

well i clicked on the buttons 15 times, uploaded current log file, reinstalled obs. Plugin still missing, still doesnt say i tried to start recording or streaming. never-the-less heres the log https://gist.github.com/32340be0fe663f815af0460084160990
