AFAIK, the GeForce GT 1030 does not support NVENC. You will need to get another card or use x264.

1. Your audio devices has a sample rate that doesn't match the OBS sample rate. This can result in audio drift over time or sound distortion. Check your audio devices in Windows settings (both Playback and Recording) and ensure the Default Format (under Advanced) is consistent. 48000 Hz is recommended.
OBS Sample Rate: 48000 Hz
Fejhallgató (High Definition Audio Device): 192000 Hz
Mikrofon (High Definition Audio Device): 192000 Hz
2. To ensure that OBS Studio has the hardware resources it needs for realtime streaming and recording, we recommend disabling the "Game DVR Background Recording" feature via these instructions.
3. Run OBS as Admin. Right click on shortcut, properties, advanced, check box, ok, apply, ok.
4. Having the YUV Color range set to "Full" will cause playback issues in certain browsers and on various video platforms. Shadows, highlights and color will look off. In OBS, go to "Settings -> Advanced" and set "YUV Color Range" back to "Partial".

OMG i think i might know what happend. so nvide driver set NVENC to use but obs didnt show it and now i tried a feature what makes your obs pre made so you dont have to play with settings and it just set it back to x264 coder. i fixed the problem and thanks for your time and help have a good night (or day idk cuz here is night) i tried streaming again and error showed up. i wanna cry...

Now i found out if i use simple mode at settings its working perfectly and if i use advanced mode then its F-d up everything i have no idea. Maybe a patch?
