Can't set resolution for 3:4 VHS capture

Newbie. Trying to capture video from a VHS to USB device. OBS sees and hears it just fine, but I can't set the resolution of canvas to anything but 16:9 (choice of two only, 1920x1080 or 1280x720) and hence it doesn't fill the frame during playback. I must be missing some key setting but I've yet to find it or read about it after much searching. I saw mention of setting some lower resolution to achieve 4:3 but as I said, I get a choice of only two resolutions.

Hmmmm, there wouldn't happen to be some magic setting/profile for doing straight through 4:3 capture since this seems to befuddle lots of people?

Perhaps you are right, but in stumbling around the app last night I managed to find the secret setting that sets everything to 4:3 for VHS recording. As I recall, for the benefit of others, right click on the capture device in the Source pane, and select Resize Output (Source Size). I think that is what did the magic.

BTW: My hat is off to the developers of this app. It seems to be full featured and like others I have tried, this one so far works well and consistently. Thanks.
