Can't set OBS for a Twitch stream

Hi. I wanted to start streaming on Twitch and wanted to use OBS for it, I used many guides and many configurations but can't set everything for fluent streaming without any lag on stream or in game. Can someone help me with settings becouse I don't know how to set it correctly.

My PC
Motherboard: Gigabyte Z170X-Gaming 3
CPU: I5 6600K
Graphic card: GeForce GTX 1060
Memory: 2x8GB Corsair Vengence
SSD: HyperX 256 GB
HDD: WD Blue 1T

Internet connection is 100Mb broadband. cable connected
DSpeed: 107Mb/s USpeed: 6Mb/s
