Cant set custom output resolution

I've been out in OBS for awhile cause i started using other software, Then i went back, updated my obs, can't set my output resolution 1080x1080 whyy??

Does anyone know old version that can fix my issue? My viewers is on mobile soI need to set it 1:1 ratio
