Can't Separate Mic Audio from Game Audio in OBS Using Capture Card

I am frustrated. We are using a Mac laptop, a capture card that is connected capturing play on an Xbox.

We have our Xbox game showing up in OBS. That is fine.
The audio is coming through fine for the game as well.
The microphone is plugged into the gamecard and you can also hear it through OBS. I have watched tons of videos on how to record separate tracks for editing later on. I have made sure it had two tracks for output. I have set all that up. The problem is, the audio from the game AND the audio from my mic is all on the same mixer. I have two mixers but they are the exact same thing. It is not separate so I can't adjust one from the other. Both tracks on the mixer is playing both game audio and mic. Meaning, I can't turn down my voice or apply filters because it is on the same mix as the game audio. I have tried EVERYTHING!

Any ideas?
When I record, I can hear my voice barley and the music of the game is loud. I even tried just recording it that way and editing it later. However, when I pulled it into the editing software, it is only on 1 audio file still!! So frustrating...

Any help?
