Question / Help Can't select individual parts of a window

So I'm trying to only select a small portion of my webpage while streaming, and I need to do this like 4-5 times. Every time I click Select Sub-Region it just says click outside of this box or hit enter/esc. And I am not able to actually do anything.

When I type in specific numbers A box shows up but then I can't move the box. Is there any way to just be able to drag over where I want selected out of the entire page?

On that same note. I need to do this with Skype to get 4 webcams out of one window. And if dragging to select is not a thing, then I am going to be severly disappointed and possibly have to use xSplit for a weekly show. I don't want to go back to xSplit.

At that point you should be able to resize and move the box to cover the area you want to capture. Is that not working?
