Question / Help Can't seem to get high quality after guide?

I've tried many different settings, even the "How to make high quality local". I just cant seem to get 1080p or 720p quality. My icons on desktop and everything is still blurry :( any ideas anyone?

EDIT: Found solution, just had to set my VLC player to "full screen" to see all the blurryness gone. I thought "fit to window" (the default setting) would've worked. I hope that uploading to youtube will retain its quality lol

Pretty much, youtube encodes the video once more, but it should be mostly fine if you used the high quality recording guide.
