Hi all,

Apologies for the massive spam if some people see it, but I've been trying to fix my stream on Twitch to look crisp and have a really good quality. Lately, it's been looking really bad and after going through so many guides, I have given up and look to you guys to help me with this. I really appreciate all the help and advice you give. I use StreamLabs OBS so couldn't upload a log file

Gaming PC:
i7-6700K @ 4.00GHZ
GeForce RTX 2080 Ti

Stream PC:
i7-8700 @ 3.20GHZ
GeForce GTX 1050 Ti
ElGato 4K Pro

(Both PC use Windows 10)

Internet Speed:
Download: 300mb
Upload: 100mb

Given the fact that I'm from the Middle East, there aren't many Twitch servers I can use. I have had good luck with Asia: Hong Kong at 4000 bitrate with 0 dropped frames (anything higher would cause an issue). Any other server would have to drop the bitrate to around 3K. However, when I've tried to use Restream.io a couple of times, I could bump up the birate to 6K easily. I've tested with and without Restream.io as well.

The main recommendation would be whether I should go with X.264 or NVENC and then we can move from there.

I apologize if I didn't include anything else that is required, but I would appreciate any help I can get.

Thank you kindly.
