Question / Help Can't run OBS because AVRT.dll missing.

So when im starting OBS it says AVRT.dll missing then its says to uninstall enyway i have uninstalled it 5 to 10 times and im using 32 bit yes i opend 32 bit folder pleas help

make sure that you're running at least windows vista with sp2 or newer.
