Can't record with NVENC AV1

I have 12700K CPU, RTX 4070 Super, Nvidia driver 556.12, OBS 30.1.2
In the Output --> Recording tab I set NVIDIA NVENC AV1 as the encoder. The rest is default.
Resolution and FPS is 2560 x 1440 60. No re-scaling.

When I press the record button I get an error message
"AV1 encoding is not available with the current settings. Try disabling any re-scaling or GPU options that may be set. Check the log for more details."
I don't use any options or re-scaling. It works when I select AOM AV1. OBS crash when I use SVT-AV1
Attaching the log file

Set Settings > Advanced > Video > Color Format back to the default NV12, and in case you also changed Color Range, set it back to Limited.

Switching back to NV12 in the advanced setting worked.
I was recommended BGRA (8-bit) for recordings because it supposed to give you slightly better quality than NV12
I also heard that a lot of video editing software either lack support for AV1 or struggle with it.
I don't know if I will use AV1 for recordings. For streaming I understand that you get the same quality with lower bitrate if you use AV1.

Don't just follow random guides with special configuration options until you understand what these do. Your first step is to get a baseline config that generally works: recording some video and you're able to replay this, and it is without lags or stutter. After you got that, you can set out and improve settings step by step, so you see the impact of each step and can revert any step that doesn't work out.

There are so many random guides for OBS. You don't really know witch one to follow.
You just have to try them out and see witch one works for you.

AV1 doesn't support RGB or 4:4:4. And you should use full range color unless you're recording from a source that has limited color.

And yes, 4:4:4 means full color and chroma for every pixel, and is significantly higher quality not just slightly, and the differences are most clear on edges and text.

Table of capabilities for your graphics card was mentioned here (look for Ada GPUs):
