Bug Report Can't record with H264 and Constant QP (CQP) enabled

The title says it all, the other modes works perfectly fine and constant QP doesn't, I did created a new profile and also a new scene panel with only a picture to display

Please update your AMD AMF encoder plugin to 1.4.1.1 (or newer). Then double check your settings and try again.

Due to the nature of changes in this update, your previous settings may end up lost or incorrect. Make sure to revalidate them before attempting to record or stream.

Works fine when I updated the plugin but I have the latest version right now .16.5 and the bundled plugin does not work. Thanks for the answer

Glad it's working for you now!

Always check for plugin updates. The AMD AMF encoder plugin is bundled with the installer out of convenience, but it is not always up to date in the OBS Studio installer.
