Question / Help Can't record web browser

Hello, my problem is the following : I can record my games and my desktop but if I want to record just the window of my web browser, (like the chat window of my livestream) it doesn't work. So I decided to install the browser plugin but one of the pages I need doesn't work on it. For information, my web browser is Google Chrome, but I also tried with Internet explorer and Edge, and it didn't work too.
Do you know what I have to do ?

Having trouble window capturing Google Chrome? Try disabling its hardware acceleration option. Read http://ccm.net/faq/35743-google-chrome-how-to-disable-hardware-acceleration | If you're trying to window capture TwitchAlerts, you should add its widget URL as a browser source instead.

Also, you can right-click on a browser source and chose "Interact" if you need to click something on a page for example

Ok, thank you very much, it works ! But does it decrease Chrome's speed ?

Yes it will a bit, but it's a compromise you need to take.
